Right out of the box, it looked exactly as pictured — soft, elegant colors and a smooth, high-quality finish.2. Product Quality & Features:I’ve been purchasing various items from this product line for years, and I continue to be impressed by the durability. This teapot, sugar bowl, and creamer set are no exception. The ceramic holds up exceptionally well to daily use, including frequent washing. The teapot includes an internal filter, making it perfect for both loose leaf and bagged tea. One small detail to note is that the golden rim tends to fade slightly over time with frequent washing, especially in the dishwasher — something to keep in mind if you’re looking for long-term visual perfection.3. How I Used It:We use these daily in our coffee shop, and they’ve proven to be very resistant to wear. We hand wash them and also run them through the dishwasher regularly — no fading, cracking, or chipping apart from the gradual wear on the gold trim. I would not recommend microwave use, but for serving and presentation, they’re outstanding.4. Pros: • Elegant, soft color palette • Strong ceramic with excellent durability • Internal filter in teapot for loose or bagged tea • Performs well with daily use and dishwasher cleaning5. Purchased for my favorite young tea lover! We surprised her with a lovely birthday tea party. We used cubed sugar in the sugar bowl, tea strainer in tea pot was a great, functional bonus! Pot was perfect size for our TEA!!! I considered this set a great value & would not hesitate to purchase this again for myself or as a gift!!!

I love that the spout is higher than the top pf the teapot so the tea does not slosh out.
