I purchased this board cover and liked it. Good padding, was well made and good price. Unfortunately, I had to return because it just did not fit my old ironing board which has a full 1 inch side as part of the frame. Newer ironing boards are thinner now. It needed to be 16 inches wide to fit for me.

Right out of the package I just slipped it over the existing pad and had a perfect fit! Elastic around the edges was strong so there was no need for elastic straps or ties of any sort. Others may have been slightly less expensive but this was the right purchase to make. Should last a good long time!
