I had to modify it significantly to get it to fit, mostly the bridge post holes were too big and not in the right spot. I was able to make it work, but only just barely.

The holes for the screws and the general cut and size were all perfect. The issue was the holes underneath the saddle were WAY too small. I had to drill them out significantly to lay flat, but they're pretty much concealed by the saddle, so if you do a messy job it's pretty hard to tell. The other issue is that there are little flecks and strands of imperfections imbedded in the plastic. Only noticeable up close, but definitely fooled me when I was trying to wipe it off. By comparison, I paid $35 for a much better pickguard for my telecaster, and it showed that this one was only $8. But if you're tired of standard black, it's a little more eye-catching.
