I purchased my Kala Acacia Concert Ukulele in Sept. and now 2 months later I find a crack in the body where it attaches to the neck. I own 2 other Kala Ukuleles and have found them well made and affordable. I was so impressed with their workmanship that I never thought I would have any problems. Now, I have a crack form and I'm not sure what to do after spending more for this ukulele than I have on the other two. I have sent pictures to Kala and I will wait for a reply. I really loved playing this ukulele because it has a beautiful sound and is very easy to play.Kala responded to my problem quickly and efficiently. I needed to send proof of purchase and they provided shipping. I had thrown away the box, (I will not do that again) A replacement Kala Acacia Concert Ukulele was mailed to me in less than a week. I ordered two Kala humidifier so this will not happen again. I love Kala Ukuleles and the Kala company.
