First impression, I am very satisfied at this time with this Baritone Ukulele. It is a nice ukulele for the price, it sounds good, and I like it. It came with the strap button on the bottom and it has fret markers on the side. It has a deep sound and does not sound like a tin can, The tuners turn easy and stay put. I would recommend this to others. I am keeping this one.

The ukulele looks great just as I thought it would .as far as sound I need to tune,but I know that baritone sound will be there. Value for my money is super. I am ready to get started learning ....thanks

The Baritone Ukulele arrived in beaten up package. But inside the Kala Ukulele was perfect.I attached my RODIE 2 to tune it up and 30 seconds later I played the instrument. The sound was beautiful. I have 4 Baritone Ukuleles and this produces the richest most soothing sound. It immediately became my number one go to Instrument.The quality of the finish is superb. Thank you Kala Music!

I love this baritone ukulele. i already have a Kala high gloss tenor ukulele . this is also a beautiful uke, well made, sounds great, well worth the money. so when I decided to buy a baritone model it was only natural I would choose the Kala high gloss model. I was not disappointed.

Many small companies will buy up these instruments and keep them to sell through Amazon fulfillment. A high quality ukulele like this one is made of wood which is very sensitive to the environment. When these ukuleles sit in warehouses for months on end, the humidity can fluctuate rapidly and cause problems. I purchased one of these and it had a problem with the truss rod so rather than getting it fixed, I returned it and bought a new one. This new one was very dry. The wood of the body had actually dipped slightly. After humidifying it in a case, it appears to be normal but there is still a faint buzzing sound that i can hear when playing.If you would like to purchase this instrument, do not buy it from any amazon retailers unless they are a music store that knows how to take care of instruments. I highly recommend you purchase directly from Kala instead.

I am appalled at the quality control for this Ukelele. The sound hole has a huge crack in the finish which should have been caught. My son is so excited so doesn’t want to wait for a replacement but this is just nonsense for such a relatively higher quality ukelele.

J'ai commencée à jouer du ukulélé il y a quelques années et je suis toujours excité par le son du ukulélé baryton. J'ai d'abord acheté un ukulélé baryton moins cher, que j'ai dû renvoyer parce que c'était pas du tout jouable.J'ai décidé de prendre un peu plus d'argent dans mes mains pour avoir un son vraiment génial. Ce ukulélé est de la folie. Le son ressemble presque à celui d'une guitare et est incroyablement plein et rond. Je ne jouerais plus jamais un autre ukulélé. Cinq étoiles !

Really a beautifully finished uke, my wife has the same model in a flat finish. I much prefer the look of the gloss, however hers seems to have more resonance. Having said that the more I play mine the more resonance it has. Love it!
