Bought this to teach beginning music to my 4 yr old daughter. It’s very sturdy, holds tuning well and is just the right size for her. Plus, she loves the color and the dolphin!

What a welcome surprise. Kala makes good ukuleles. It comes with a bag, a mini tuner (with battery) and a cleaning cloth. Once tuned, this thing sings. Sounds like the hawaiian islands in my house. I bought it for my daughter but I admit I enjoy playing it, too. Never played ukulele before- but it's surprisingly easy if you already play an instrument. Lots of fun and well worth the price.

My 7 yo niece loves it. It took her about a day to figure out the basic chords with the little chord chart that came with the package. The tone is warm. She’s a happy ukulele learner.

Got this for my daughter for Christmas, since she has taken interest in playing my ukulele. She loves it, and so do it! She is 7, and can already play several songs just strumming out quarter notes as of now.

Bought this for my 3 year old and she absolutely loves it. Lessons are on the way. This ukelele is a great way to lead into guitar. It has great sound quality and seems durable enough for our 3 year old. The nylon strings are an added touch.
