These boot no good.says they are insulated.maybe for the first hour.after that toes started freezing. And only water proof in 2 inches of water.not a good buy.

I scuba dive a few times per year and frequently use wet suits. Wet suits work well at maintaining your body temperature in colder water conditions. I was kind of excited to see outdoor boots that are made from the same or similar material as a wet suit. Of course they can't use the same insulating methods as a diving wet suit. Diving neoprene suits are not water proof.These appear to be well made tough outdoor boots. They quality of the materials and details are all nicely done. The size, according to the sizing chart, is very good. They aren't too loose and not too tight. Boots that are too loose will slip around and cause blisters. With a heavy pair of insulation socks, these fit nicely and are comfortable. They can be difficult to remove, but they do have a little kick tab that aids in the removal. Unlike some other outdoor boots, these boots do not restrict movement. They bend and flex well with each step. Unfortunately, we haven't had low enough temperatures to test the insulating properties. I did place these boots in a bucket filled with water, and left them in there for about an hour. The water was at least covering 3/4 of the height of the boot. The inside remained completely dry. I don't really have anything negative to mention.I can't wait to get these boots out in some cold weather and mud. So far, I like these boots and they met my expectations.

I got my normal size 11 shoe size and they fit great in the foot and ankle, but are a little tight in my calf. I kind of wish they were an inch or two shorter for that reason. I have one arm in a sling, so had to put them on one handed and was able too with not too much difficulty, so if you have two working arms, it should be no problem getting them on and off. They are nice and comfortable, keep my feet dry and keep the mud out of my house. I just hose them off to clean them and that works pretty well. I use them mostly around the house and garden, so haven't walked miles in them yet so I can't talk long distance comfort. But for the hour or two I use them at a time they are perfect.
