Nice heavy fabric, tight stitching, reinforced corners and center, velcro where it needs to be, stout velcro straps at the edges. Nice and taut when the tent is open. I've read that some don't like that it is not pure white. That's because it has a reflective coating on the inside that gives it a very slightly grey tint, but it does a nice job of blocking the sun, which is what it is supposed to do. I leave my canopies up on my deck and patio, all summer. From my experience, a pure white canopy doesn't stay pure white very long. Sap, bird droppings, pollen, and just plain dust and dirt are sure to soon make it anything but. I have no hesitation recommending this top to anyone with a 10' x 10' canopy WITH A CENTER POLE.

I have a 10’x10’ EZ-Up canopy that I have had for 17 years and use for art festivals a few times a year. The top was permanently dirty and ripped at the corners. I wasn’t able to find a replacement top from the company, and came across this one. It fits the frame pretty well and has the velcro in the corners like the original. There are also velcro straps in the middle of each side that are supposed to go around the frame to hold it tight in place. These are what take away one star for me. I have to really stretch the Velcro to make it around the frame and it’s already starting to pull the seams apart where the Velcro is stitched in. The original top had metal grommets and a bolt in this spot instead. I plan to install my own grommets in these spots and reinforce the cloth in that area.

It fit my 10x10 canopy perfect. The quality is great. The material is thick enough and Sturdy. Protects against heat well. Very affordable.

Nice material, fit as planned. It's a keeper to replace my other one when I want to use it at home. I got this tent cover after years of only having one with my business logo. Glad I purchased it
