I only got the book. Like yeah let me read about a clicker that I didn’t even get. I don't wanna have to return anything I just want the rest of my order.

The treat sample was missing and the target stick was chipped on one end. It had to have been packaged that way because there were no small pieces in the packaging. The clicker is loud and scared my birds. At this point it isn’t worth returning because I have to drive 20 miles to get to a return facility. I’m not pleased, at all.

Clicker didn't work right out of the package. After pulling on the yellow button I was able to get the clicker to click!

The book is good, the treats were sketchy at best and the pointer was a broken plastic stick with sharp edges on both ends. I threw two of the three items in the garbage.

I've had parrots for over 30 years but still found new insights into their psychology as I carefully read and studied this book ... and that was before I even had gotten to the 'tricks' section!!
