Purchased these as a replacement for my API test kit caps. They are so much better! You would have to shake them extremely hard to get them to leak and even then it would be a tiny amount. The API caps you'll loose a drop per shake at least! Plus the white color helps with identifying the true color of your titration.

So much better than the original caps that come with the API test tubes. It does leak a little, but only when you shake it super hard.

This item seems of good quality however it did not fit the API master kit test tubes I hoped it would. The 12mm test tube it is made for is the external size of the test tube. The API has a internal size of 11mm and these are to small. Perhaps the 13mm stopper of this type may work. I ended up going with the silicon stopper size #00 and they worked perfectly.

They fit the 12x75mm tubes I have ok not perfect but they do seal it correctly. Price seems a bit high considering i could get 1000 tubes tor $31 but they are good.
