We got our 10 year old and 6 year old boys each their own. They fit great, the rubber wheels are quiet and they are easy to use.

My rambunctious four-year-old loves this skateboard, and it's held up pretty good considering how hard he can be with his toys (and he's already skateboarding without much assistance!). We figured out he needed a skateboard when he started using his scooter without the handles, and this is perfect size and he loves the lighted wheels, which provides a nice ambiance in the middle of the night while he's rolling through the kitchen when he's supposed to be sleeping. Ya'll pray for this energetic boy's momma, but we love the product and would suggest it to others.

Overall good board except for that the board is bit thinner than I thought it would be. Also don’t understand why the plastic is designed to be so difficult to remove. Liked the thick wheels and the cool lights.

Our office has adopted two families for the Christmas season, and one kid wanted a skateboard. I admit it... I know NOTHING about skateboards, beyond what I knew as a kid who briefly rode one near my house in the 1970s. I chose the Kartium for two reasons: it was cheap, and it looked like the Retro Nash skateboard I rode as a kid.At the same time, a colleague of mine mentioned that Five Below was selling skateboards for $5. I wasn't sure those would be good enough quality. After all, how good could they be for $5? I went to Five Below and surprisingly, the skateboard looked pretty good. It looked just like the pictures of the Kartium (which would be arriving from Amazon that same day). I decided to buy the one at Five Below, and if it turned out the Kartium that was arriving from Amazon wasn't so much better, I would return it.Turns out, the Kartium was WAY better. The one from Five Below was about 6 inches shorter. The wheels were much smaller and less sturdy. Compared to the Kartium, the one from Five Below looks like it was built for a toddler to ride on carpet, but you could actually ride and turn on the Kartium. Although I was hoping to save $20 on my charity project, I was concerned that a kid could really get hurt on the one from Five Below based on quality alone. (Okay, they could also get really hurt on this one too, but not because it wasn't well built.)And so, the one from Five Below will be returned, and my holiday charity kid will be receiving this one. I hope he enjoys it!
