So....the first Kasco I purchased was just like this one and it lasted for so long and gave me such good service that when it did finally stop working a couple years ago I purchased this one which is exactly like the first one. For a product that spends its entire life submerged in water I just don't think a person could expect any better service from it than I received from my first Kasco fountain. The only problems I've ever really had was with the lights. Now that they've switched to LED I am hoping these will give better service than the previous lights which had ordinary old incandescent bulbs. However, I recently had a couple of the LED lights stop working so I went back on Amazon and found my order and I looked over the transaction for my order and learned I ordered this Kasco fountain from CSJ&J Gardens. I found their phone number and gave them a call and explained the problem I had and since my order was 3 months from being 2 years old I was understandably worried about how much this was going to cost me. However the customer service representative at CSJ&J Gardens took my order number and much to my surprise she explained that my lights were still under warranty so she said she would call Kasco and I should be hearing from them soon. Later that day I got a phone call from Kasco and I explained my situation and they mailed me three brand new LED lights even though only two of the three had stopped working. The new lights solved my problem and now that they are working again I am as satisfied as ever. If you think this fountain is too expensive and are thinking about buying one cheaper...don't waste your money ! Buy a good quality product like this one and you wont ever regret it ! And by the way....in case you were wondering... my first Kasco fountain worked for almost 16 years ! You can find one cheaper but you will probably end up buying two or three of those over the course of 16 years! Maybe even more? I am very satisfied with the service I've had with my Kasco fountains....

Easy set up, runs and looks great. We are at the end of a canal, and it cleared up our water in the first day of running!

I loved the easy set up and the wiring was simple for my electric person(less than 2 hrs). I got this mainly to aerate the pond for the fish which is great, but the visual is a great added bonus. I am hoping for years of enjoyment.

The fountain is working great. It was a great addition to our pond in front of our business and also helps with algae. We did have trouble trying the different color lights.

I purchased 3 of these pumps and they were delivered on time in great condition. I have a KOI pond and a catfish pond. The instructions were clear and I noticed a difference in the clarity and quality of my pond water. It is an absolute show stopper at night with the beautiful lights. I only used two of the fountains and did not need the third one. The return process was simple and straightforward. I will be using this company again!!
