It's easier for her to get in and out of for food and not knock it all out. And it can make a great foraging area.

My bunny either empties his hay feeders or sits in the hay and soils it. He was able to sit in this one which ended up in a lot of wastes hay. It was a no for us.

It is too big for my dwarf rabbit. My rabbit will jump into it and pee inside. If I raise it, it is hard for my rabbit to eat the grass inside. Not recommended for dwarf rabbit

Well - loved the size and the low front for our older bun. But she chewed the plastic down and had it destroyed in a weeks time so it was basically a waste of money for me. 🤷🏼♀️

I bought this hay feeder as the feeder i got with the cage failed to fulfill the purpose. This holds pretty good amount of hay and my guinea pigs jumped into it to eat and it still holds the wait of the guinea pig along with grass. Its great quality and easy to fix.

Pointless and too wide—my bunnies can just hop in and pee while they eat, so their hay becomes useless.

I bought this hay feeder for my medium sized rabbit. She goes through a lot of hay and if she can't reach it all (hindered by small feeding holes, bars, etc) she'll just pull it out into her litter box and ruin it all. This hay feeder fixed that. Its big enough that I can put enough hay in for the day, and nice and open so she doesn't need to pull it out to eat it. I'm very pleased with this!
