CARE ＆ MAINTENANCE
Often use a soft cloth to wipe the metal fittings so make them shine as new.
Clean the leather surface before you keep it inside, apply proper amount of leather care agent, and put it in a ventilated place.
Cowhide material has natural leather smell, please air it out for several days, the smell will fade away.
It is normal that the zipper will be stuck if not used for some time, applying some candle wax will make it smooth.
REMARKS:
1. Cow Leather has natural smell, smells kinds of chemically when you first unwrap it, but it will disappear in a few days exposed to outside.
2. 1-2 cm error of measuring is a reasonable range due to different measurement methods.
3. Please allow little color difference due to different camera or light environment.

I purchased this bag as a new work bag. The leather and color are stunning. My lap top and wallet fit perfectly. There is still plenty of room for other items. I nice gift that came along with bag is a Anker charger cord for various electronic devices.

This is a lovely bag. It's beautiful inside and out. I appreciate the fact that the inside is not the same colour as the exterior, so it's easy to find things. The compartments are perfect. I'm very impressed.

They flop over in a bent shape from shipping and I can't get them to straighten out or soften up. It really gets on my nerves when I need to dig through my purse and the straps are firmly flopped over in the way. They are very stiff. Otherwise it's a great bag for the money.

I really debated about whether I needed this tote bag, and whether I would like the quality of the leather. I bought it and the matching cross-body bag, and have used them both twice. I could not be happier. The leather is gorgeous, people complimented me on it all day long, and it's the perfect size for all of my purse contents and it keeps them all organized. Plus the zippered compartments are easy to access, the top zipper provides security, and the zippers are strong and durable. The cross-body bag is also just right in size, with plenty of room for my full wallet and my iPhone, lipstick and other things, without losing its shape or being too bulky or heavy. So happy with my choice!

This bag is absolutely not genuine leather, but if you can accept that, it's a very good bag. I wanted a classic, unfussy tote bag for work. All the genuine leather ones I liked were well into the £200+ price range, but I just didn't want to pay that. As an alternative, this is very good. Its classy, roomy and had all the features I wanted such as metal studs on the bottom, zip closure at the top and also for the inside sections, and has adjustable straps. Its quite structured and holds its shape well. Highly recommend.

This is a gorgeous bag. The orange/brown color is beautiful. I would have kept it, but it definitely needs wider straps. It's a bit bigger than it looked in the photos, but the handles are quite thin. If I were to put my lap top, water bottle & purse items in there in there the straps would cut into my shoulder. The ratio to the size of the tote & thickness of the handles is off.

Roomy and well constructed. Leather is a little thin but for the price a really nice looking bag. I can fit a large wallet and makeup/meds bag with room for glasses, keys and travel paraphernalia. I like the metal grommets on the bottom to protect it.

The bag itself is great. Perfect size, nice leather and holds shape extremely well. Purchased in 2019. Used for exactly 9 months before the straps started to fall apart. Bag is in perfect condition, no blemishes on the bag and liner is in great shape. Unfortunately, the straps are not the removable type and have completely shredded and peeled at across the top of the strap and at various other locations along the strap line. What a waste of a good bag. I wouldn't have minded if the straps were removable and could have been replaced, but why bother with a leather bag if the straps are not made of the same durable material. It's really too bad as I loved the bag.

If I could give this purse more stars I would - it's great! As I read in the reviews of this purse, it did arrive and had a terrible smell inside the purse. I lined it with dryer sheets for a few days, then sprayed the inside with my favorite perfume. That took all the smell away. I am so happy that I did this because this purse is exactly what I was looking for. It's large but easy to carry. It has two compartments with a zipped pocket in between and three inside pockets; easy to fit all the things I need for everyday with enough room to find items easily. There is a bonus zippered pocket on the outside. The craftsmanship is excellent; the purse is not stiff but is very sturdy. I highly recommend this purse.
