FUSION CABLES VELOCITY PRO
To throw with great velocity you must have the strength and stability to develop speed from the ground up. During Velocity Pro athletes will train hip and shoulder separation, shoulder rehabilitation, and rotational power movements.
4 POINT MOUNTING SYSTEM
Isolation exercises for the entire body, explosive movements for the core, plus dynamic strengthening exercises for the upper body. By completing exercises from a separated position you are going to maximize results with complete muscle activation through full range of motion.

You cannot go wrong with K bands. They give you an awesome workout which produces results. My son is 13 years old and he has been using K bands since we got them 4 weeks ago. We are excited about the workout the K Band gives you and we are also excited to see how much velocity my son gains after he starts throwing the first of the year.
