These combined with a voltage regulator with a potentiometer setup and you can control speed of a 110v dc motor with ease!

I needed a rectifier for my trusty old manual and completely non-computerized car battery charger, whose diode suddenly failed (might have had something to do with me accidently shorting the leads together.) I put one in there bolted to the original heatsink, and it works great. The other 9 grace the shelf and may one day find use.

If these are as good and have the power handling they claim, everything is great. I bought these as spares and I have not, as yet, had the opportunity to use them.

Had a camper that was having issues with charging the battery when on shore power. Upon pricing them they wanted $200+ Did a little testing and order these parts and boom fixed and working well even after a few months.

Used those diode bridges to wire 3 different batteries to my e-bike's controller. I have 2 removable and one builtin battery pack of different capacity that are charged separately/swapped and could have different voltage. Those diode bridges used to prevent balancing of charge and allow simultaneous connection of those battery packs.Connected as:AC 1 : Battery -AC 2 : Battery +DC - : Controller -DC + : Controller +These bridges have low voltage drop and produce less heat. With 20A peak (and 8-10A AVG) current bridges usable without heat-sink.

This is more than a fair price for 50 A rectifier, looks nice and built well, covers my need perfectly.

Does what it says. As with this this type of device it is important to have it mounted so that heat can dissipate. the higher the amperage the hotter the device.

This is a great bargain! These components usually sell for $5+ each, but I got them for just a dollar a piece! Free 2-day shipping too! I've tested several of them with an Agilent multimeter, and they're consistently around 0.52V forward bias. If you're pushing more than 10A though them, they really need to be heatsinked to a metal chassis because they'll get hot. Properly cooled, I've been running 20-25A through them with no problems. So far, all of them work perfectly.

Great product at a great price. Although I did NOT use these Bridge Rectifiers as they were intended (full wave rectification), they were so CHEAP that I used two of them to replace 2 single diodes (30 Amp) used in an EZGO Golf Cart Powerwise battery charger. The power diodes used in the EZGO Golf Cart Powerwise Charger were so out-dated that they are being replaced with stud mount diodes. Even then, EZGO wanted $74.14 + shipping for the two diodes!!!! The result, two 50 AMP diodes, potted, mounted in a heat sink (that I bolted to the existing aluminum heat sink in the charger) for only $1.oo EACH!!! This versus $74.14 + shipping from EZGO for an inferior diode set rated at only 30 AMPS! Working in electronics since 1962, I have never see a diode SHORT! The EZGO diode did, ruining one of the golf cart batteries before blowing the fuse.ONLY con: As others have noted, the input and out terminal identification is on one side ONLY for one AC input and "+" output.
