I rated this component 4 stars because despite being within their rated specifications, they have a surprisingly low tolerance for inrush current surges and apparently have basically NO AVALANCHE CAPABILITY. SO DONT HAVE A LOAD ATTACHED (EVEN ONE WELL WITHIN THE AMP RATING OF THE RECTIFIER), AND FLIP A SWITCH WITH MAINS POWER BEHIND IT. I blew all of them in a short period of time due to this. Basically they just weren't suitable for my application and the data sheet sucked. Maybe fake components??? Idk... NOT FOR HARD SWITCHING UNDER LOAD.

A well-crafted component. Be sure to operate according to the current rating and mount on a heat sink or similar heat-dissipating part.
