the product was damaged upon delivery. 3 of the 7 lights were loose and screws were completely off the light.I had to try and fix it as best as I can before hanging on ceiling . We love the look of light

The instructions provided don't even correspond with the product. They are poorly written. They don't even explain how to attach the outer base to the inner bracket. It took me a while to figure it out. The bulbs provided are very bright.

Once we got this in, it looks great, but two complaints about the product, both related to the design:a) Base is too small for our electrical box. If installed directly, you could still see the electrical box as the base is not large enough diameter to cover a typical electrical box (I think ours was 4" and hex shaped). If they had just made it a little larger, this would not have been an issue. Fortunately, we found a decorative plate at our big box store that matched perfectly so that solved the problem (but made installation a bit trickier as the plate had to be modified slightly to fit the light base inside of it). You can see the plate in the pic and I think it was about $11.b) There is no green/ground wire as part of the fixture. Pretty sure this is a safety/code violation. Even stranger, the instructions state there is one, shows a diagram for it, and provides instructions on how to connect it, but it simply doesn't exist--just the black (hot) and white (neutral). Typical Chinese knockoff crap.But at the end of the day, we were able to cover up the shortcomings and decided to just roll with it (it does look really good which is the saving grace).
