This bungee seems to be of good quality. The description is misleading. I was expecting it to adjust up to 54". It really adjusts up to about 36". It'll stretch out to 54" at it's ABSOLUTE maximum - if you pull really hard. This cord is not nearly long enough for my intended purpose. I'm disappointed that I spent $11 dollars on a single 3 ft. bungee cord that is not large enough for what I needed.

I used this with the Dolly Trolley I purchased via Amazon:https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01D8DW40Y?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details&th=1I was able to secure my laptop tote behind the Dolly Trolley bag and secure it to the frame easily with this bungee cord. It is adjustable and secures at the length you choose. The hooks are strong and rounded so they won't poke into whatever you are securing-- for example, a fabric tote. I got the black dolly trolley and realized the orange and white color also made me a bit more visible walking through a dark parking lot after hours.

I've used these bungee cords for a few weeks and really like them. They are flat and very strong with large hooks. Size is adjustable. Be careful with the metal retainer clip as it can get caught on the cord and damage it.

Purchased these cords to secure our cover on our portable firepit. These keep the wind from getting under the cover and blowing it off. My husband especially likes them because they are flat. If needed, we would purchase again.

They are very good to buy they keep my items tied down pretty well but the only thing that I don't like is on how much money that they cost but other than that I can't complain.
