Received well no damage. Went together fine expect to use common sense as instructions might as well be blank. Had to unscrew bottom panel to put casters on and caster braces conflict with front bottom panel screw.... sinched it as it could don't see it being a problem.Couplers included don't feel "commercial" grade at all with decaying stickers but of the kegco logo but that's only complain so far not like I care about seeing a kegco logo every time I swap a keg. If anything glad it could be easily removed and not leave that sticky back(not that I am doing either as I can't be botherrd.)Biggest concern is instruction book and that I received no hardware for connecting the door handle and one f the handle options(still really nice they send you a choice!) Has what look like burns or a very tough charred residue stuck to it.It just arrived today so it is sitting empty and unplugged until tomorrow night or maybe Monday depending on my c02 refill place as I'm in a crap location for seemingly. Refrigerant will have plenty time to settle. I won't be using this outdoor or under cabinet so I am hoping that will mean extra life as it will be both air conditioned and given breathing room. For price wish it came with dual regulated outputs but I am not too perplexed with it yet.It does have 2 plugs out the back for external lines I didn't see mentioned by anyone. The teeth on the tower are very small so be careful not to over tighten your faucets! The railing on the top feels like cheap chromed plastic or maybe pvc not commercial grade. The drip pan is so warped I want to toss it in the bin.I hope to update this review once it's running and I have responses from Kegoco for my issues in missing stuff!

The refrigerator part seems solid and I am using it as a beer fridge. I've been playing the back and forth with Amazon while searching for needed parts. Going on 6 weeks and I might finally be getting the parts to make the tap system work. It was on sale, so I was hesitant to return it and then have to purchase a new one at a much higher price. The partial tap tower kit was different than advertised in the listing, but the parts were of similar quality and now with a partial refund, I have ordered the remaining parts.

Okay so, let me start off by saying this unit is very well built and powerful as far as keeping kegs cold , maintains temperature. however, the drip tray it came with was bowed (not flat) which I had to stick small furniture pads underneath which took care of issue. The Kegco keg Couplers were leaking also . Which was very frustrating when you have $250 worth of beer lose pressure and leak. Amazon corrected issue and was sent replacements .., Also the back of kegerator has small holes to run air lines thru which when inserted weren’t snug , I had to use some rubber tape around air lines so no cold air could escape. I wish this unit had a back rack to hang Co2 tank on also ...I’m not a fan of putting tank inside kegerator .The reason I chose this particular model is because most of your local brew companies won’t sell beer kegs in smaller Sixth size. They were all in 1/4 size which this unit will house Two -1/4 size kegs with no problem. My suggested price for this unit should be at $1400.00 adding better replacement couplers and little issues that your having to fix . All in all it’s looking ok. I’ve had it one week ... I will update if I have any issues ..

Purchased when weather was cooler...March to be exact. Spent the extra money on the outdoor model because it was going to be in a garage/covered porch, out of the sun and weather. Now that it is summer and outdoor temps in the high 80’s and low 90’s the coldest my beer is 46 degrees when I have it set on 32 degrees. Should have just bought a cheaper one from Walmart and saved some money and beer would have been the same.
