It's hard to find the 14 gauge wrapped wire. This is much stronger than the 16 or 18 ga.

This order of 14 gauge is not sturdy enough. Too bendable, I wonder if the package was miss marked. I would have returned it if I had not opened the package. . I have 16 gauge from a different vendor that is much sturdier than this 14 gauge.

I make french beaded flowers and normally use 16 gauge stem wire. I was looking for something a little stiffer to support longer/heavier flowers and this wire bends easier than my thinner 16ga stems. The paper also unwraps way to easily, which makes it a huge pain to wrap and assemble the flowers. I'll use what I have, but definitely will not order again.

These worked really well for the flower arrangements at my daughter's wedding. I'm not really sure why Amazon thought they needed to send it in such a big box though. Seems like a huge waste.

I got these for my daughter who makes crochet flowers with yarn. They were strong enough to hold up pretty large flowers. She cuts them in half so she has double the amount to use. She will be using these for a very long time as this package comes with so many.

Good for the price, and since I use a lot of these, works okay for me. But you should be aware that the paper covering on the stems easily unwinds or comes loose as you are working with them to put an arrangement together. That slows me down, but I can still use them. Probably wouldn't purchase again, though.
