I really like this flotation device, medium size for an adult fits great by adjusting the belt, and I use this for when I attend aquatics class. We also do abdominal crunches exercise and cross country skiing in the water. Thank you!

I wanted my own belt. These are the ones my rec center provides for its water classes and I know why. They wear well, fit best and are simple to get on, off and adjust.

This is a good water belt. It did not fit me well because of the size and shape. It adjusted just find around the waist, but it was too thick and wide for my frame. (5’). I kept it so my friends could use it. I bought another type, fits me very well. The concept of the aerobics water belt is a good one. If you like the water and aerobics it’s a good combination. Just make sure you get a belt that fits your body type.
