Had it for a while now. Got it on a short payment plan and it’s now paid off. This heats really well! We only use medium heat most of the time. Occasionally run it longer if it’s jeans and other heavy duty stuff.Has all the necessary functions including a ‘no heat’ setting. Would buy another if I needed one and it lasts.

DO NOT BUY THIS DRYER! This dryer broke down within 1 year of purchase. Amazon would not help me with it, and I purchased a warranty! They referred me to Sears/Kenmore Care since it was within the 1-year manufactures warranty. I'm going on 2 months without a working dryer! Kenmore Care (Customer Service) is a joke! It took a solid 2 weeks before they could send a technician out because there wasn't one "in our area". I've had scheduled appointments that I never heard from anyone. I've had to take off work to wait for someone and no shows!! Most working people (me) can't afford to continually take off waiting for service!! Stay away from Kenmore and don't purchase your appliances from Amazon because they won't stand behind the purchase either!!

Didn't have a cord, but needed a new one anyway after a 20-year-old former dryer cord.Easy to install, arrived on time, placed in the room I wanted it.Great delivery persons.Only had it 2 weeks, so far so good!

Delivered on a Saturday had small dent in corner of unit , no cable to plug the unit in, and when turned on sounded like a jackhammer! Waiting a 9 hour window for returning the unit. Dissatisfied and disappointed. Bought new and received broken. Lost over $300.00 in wages waiting for return pickup! Not satisfied at all! Sold damaged/non working dryer.
