The bottom won't stay in place. That's frustrating. It's pretty easy to use to chop onions and green peppers.

This chopper is a handy tool in my kitchen. I really appreciate the unique storage implementation; it's incredibly compact, which is a big plus for saving space. The inclusion of different-sized blades makes cutting vegetables a breeze, and it's definitely added convenience to my meal prep.Cleaning is surprisingly easy, and the parts come apart without much fuss. However, a word of caution: the blades are extremely sharp. You need to be very careful when handling them, both during use and cleaning. My only issues have been that some vegetables, particularly those that are very ripe or have a tougher texture, require a bit more force to push through the blades. It's not a deal-breaker, but something to keep in mind. Also, you definitely need to pay attention to the blade orientation. It takes a little getting used to, and it's easy to accidentally touch the sharp side if you're not careful. My overall opinion is, that it's a very good product. The compact storage, versatile blades, and easy cleaning make it a worthwhile addition to my kitchen. Just be mindful of the blade sharpness and be prepared to exert a little extra force with certain vegetables.

I ordered this to replace my 20+ year old P@mpered Chef chopper that is getting worn out. I love that this gadget has multiple cutting size/shape options, and that the pieces stack nicely within the unit. As far as storage, the entire set is roughly the size of two soda cans side by side, so it's easy enough to store. What I don't like: I have had muscle weakness for several years, and haven't regained my full strength yet. These cut potatoes effectively, (the only thing I've tried so far), but they're difficult for me to use. They do seem durable. As for cleaning, I'm in the habit of cleaning up as I go along, so I thoroughly rinsed the parts I used right after finishing chopping. Later I washed those parts on the top rack of my dishwasher overnight, and pulled them out to dry first thing in the morning. They seemed to wash okay, but I'm honestly not sure if they are supposed to go in the dishwasher.

I’m a very simple guy. I just want something that will chop my food, and whatever else up, quick, easy, and convenient, for my meal preps. Does exactly what it’s advertised to do and I love it. Do not be afraid to press down with force and authority for a clean and quick chop. It also does not feel cheap and is very nice. Very happy with this and I’d definitely recommend it for those that want a quick and easy chop.

This review is for the “ KEOUKE Vegetable Chopper 3 Interchangeable Blades Onion Chopper Multi-functional Potato French Fry Cutter Manual Vegetable Cutter Dicer for Cucumber, Tomato, Carrot with Container & Storage Box, RedI was looking forward to a more compact vegetable chopper, but… I hint i received a defective one. When i used it the black bottom plate would not say on, it constantly fell or lifted off and veggies spilled out. Besides that problem i had a potatoes with peels issue. The peels clogged the cutting blade and nothing would go through.this is not a fancy veggie shredder, its a small compact one with just 3 blades. you still have to precut all veggies. the listing photo showing half an onion in the chopper top is deceiving, mine would not even attempt to cut a quarter onion and after each push the bottom came off…there are many competing choppers on the market, all around the $20 mark that have more blades, a bigger container capacity and that do not fall apart. And many of them require less strength too. This one is a no for me.
