When I opened the package of two tubes of caulk one had the tip broken off. It had been that way prior to the delivery because the exposed caulk was already hard.

Disappointed that this product was dried out and unusable. I am not able to return because the original shipping package (envelope) is required.

I have used this brand of caulk without experiencing these wide variations in color (Silver 27) even within a single tube. It was not just one tube, but I experienced this in three separate tubes purchased from two different suppliers. Silver 27 caulk does not come close to a color match for their Silver 27 grout! I have had great success with this manufacturer in the quality of the caulk and the color match with their grout on several other projects, so there was no initial hesitation in my purchase. I don't know if these purchases were uncharacteristic because of this particular color choice, the tubes purchased were old, or if there has been a formulation change by the manufacturer. But I would have selected a different color grout had I expected this situation with the "color-matched" caulk. Normally, these are consistant, high-quality products from a reliable manufacturer.

Couldn’t get this color from local hardware store. Found here on amazon and it worked great.
