I don't know much about dungeons and dragons dice because I am not a nerd haha. I am kidding however I really don't know anything about this stuff. This was a Christmas gift that someone helped me pick out. I actually checked them out and they feel very well made. The look and feel is pretty cool even for someone like me who doesn't know anything about them. The person I gave them to seemed to really like them so I am happy.

These are some substantial dice! Heavy and weighty and they are very well made. I can imagine they might dent a wooden surface if rolled aggressively. Corners are sharp, which would lend itself to the denting again. They are very well made though and uber easy to see and read. I would recommend them for someone who likes heft to their dice.

It looks amazing and gorgeous, one of the best dice set to show off. But the problem is, their edges are extremely sharp. Considering their heavy weight, these sharp edges can easily damage most dice trays, dice towers or any other soft surface. They are very unpractical to use unless you have a fitting surface. I had to place a towel inside a dice tray to absorb the hits of those sharp edges; it helped, but the towel itself had to pay for this :D Also, if you like to shake the dice in your palms before throwing in the tray, your hands start to hurt after some time doing so. But the look of the dice is really awesome and rich.

I have been looking for a set of metal dice for my Barbarian/druid warforged (Long story). Dice have a nice weight in hand, seem to be evenly weighted and have great details with the green center and leaf borders.

Design, 5 out of 5. Easily readable. Weight 5 out of 5. Quality 5 out of 5 . Colors are great. Over all 5 out of 5. They feel great. If you look at these and think, "oh these are awesome" , just get em. Worth it.
