Pretty disappointed as it is too small even you wear XL. The sizing chart seems confusing.

If you have a bigger lower belly like me, this sweat vest is perfect. The bottom hem has this gripping rubber inner lining that holds the vest in place. The breast area is the only part that doesn’t have sweat vest material. It’s a little more breathable in that area but still snug enough to hold “the girls” in place even without a bra. You may have to struggle to put it on, but it’s worth it.

Bought a large/X-Large and it fits like a small. Good quality was sweating just putting it on so it sure does the job well! Not very stretchy, so size up.

Je pèse 150 livres et j'ai commandé le XX-Large croyant qu'il serai assez grand, mais il correspond à un grandeur médium et ne passe pas les épaules. Je vais commander le 3X Large. S'il ne fait pas, j'en commanderai un pour homme. MarieDJe viens de recevoir le 3X-Large. Il passe les épaules et couvre bien la région lombaire où j'ai un bon bourrelet de graisse à la taille, que je désire éliminer. La longueur du gilet de sudation couvre bien le haut du pantalon de sudation 3X-Large, acheté du même vendeur, ainsi que les hanches. Cela veut dire que la région lombaire ainsi que les hanches transpireront beaucoup et je brûlerai beaucoup de graisse avec le temps.J'ai acheté un tapis roulant manuel. J'attendais d'avoir reçu le gilet et le pantalon de sudation pour l'essayer.Je ferai un suivi sur les résultats bientôt. MarieD

I was absolutly blown away by this shirt the fit is amazing, its fitted compression but moves and stretches with you. Also breathable; I could tell i was sweating but wasn't yucky hot. When I removed the top sweat poured off me! Absolutly the one you want great product!!

I wear a large in my shirts so I brought a large. Now when I tried the shirt on it was a little snug but I like that because I do not like feeling of sweat running down my back. Overall this shirt did what it was supposed to do. Don't hesitate just buy it.

I bought a more expensive one that didn't meet my expectations. So I bought this one and I am hands down for buying another when this one is no good. It is tight but I needed it to be tight to actually sweat. And now I leave gym happy.
