This keyboard tray was easy enough to install. Because it ships in two pieces, instead of one board, it is a little flimsy when using. It fits most standard keyboards, but not much else. You may be able to store a mouse and mousepad as well, unless you any kind of ergonomic items, which will be too tall.

The keyboard tray is discribed as being able to fit a table thickness of 2.4 inches maximum. My table is 2.12 inches thick, but the clamps on the tray will not open that far.

Initially the clamps were installed upside down, I was going to return it but realized they're held in by a couple of screws and can be removed. I flipped a few things around and eventually it looks like the picture, so extra assembly [may] be required.The slides seem solid, the clamps as mentioned before are held in by 2 screws and the tray comes in two pieces. Overall, barring some odd design choices and QC fail, the tray feels solid and can lock either in extended or retracted positions which is nice.

In the item description, the following line is present: “Note: Suitable for desks thinner than 5 inches.”My desk is 3 inches thick, and the C-clamp is too small. It physically cannot reach around the desk, rendering the product useless.

This review is for the Keyboard Tray Under Desk, Slide Out with Extra Sturdy C Clamp Mount and Anti-Slip Structure.Ordered one of these with high expectations and unfortunately it didn't work for me. One of the slide outs arrived separated and had to play with it for more than an hour to put it back together. After finally assembling the tray, found out upon testing that the clamps are not big enough to hook to my secondary desk (not the tray's fault). Then, when after hooking it to my main desk, I hit my knee against one of the metal slides and ended up wearing a band-aid to stop the bleeding. Finally, I needed 29" of space to be able to use my ergonomic keyboard and mouse, and this tray being almost 27" didn't work for me. So I can't use with either one of my office desks. Ended up installing on the other side of my main on to put tools and other stuff on it.In conclusion, I'm not happy with this product and can't recommend it. Unless you don't mind the cramped space that's only good enough for smaller keyboards, then I don't see a good reason for you to buy one.

easy to assemble the bottom of the tray to the brackets and back plate. The tray mounting brackets/clamps work well and give a sturdy connection to the tray. You can lock the tray in the open position while using it.
