I am using this for a business and it is great! I can put individual codes for employees. The key fob is great, I eventually want to get it for all employees. The set up was easy and the buttons are easy to push.

I got this lock because I already have the handled version on another door of my house and it worked well enough. It's nice not to have two separate apps for the doors. Installation was easy and it works well. My finger print doesn't always work unless it's just the right angle. I do wish when adding a finger print that they would have you add multiple fingers so I didn't need a separate profile to use my left and right hand. Battery life seems to be excellent. Overall great product for the price.

First, I enjoyed the customer support very much during the chat. The reps were very patient and answered all my questions. There are many other smart locks on the market. The reason I finally chose this one has a lot to do with customer support. It gave me much confidence in buying it. It surely made my best decision. The smart lock is solid and easy to set up. It has all the functions you could ever wish from a smart lock. You can set the auto-lock for up to 900 (or 9000?) seconds delay. You can connect wifi (optional device required) to control it from anywhere. You can use fingerprint, key code, physical key, and key fab to unlock the door lock. It provides you with almost anything you think is the most convenient way to lock or unlock the key. Well done Sifely!!!Update on12/19/2024Everything is working beautifully except the finger recognition. It recognizes it only the moment at the set up. I tried to add more but not help much.

Installation took less than 10 minutes. Setup of key fobs, pass codes, and fingerprints took less than 15 minutes. Also compatible and easy to link with the Google Home app (android). QR codes provided make connecting everything very easy. Get the gateway (sold separately) so you can remotely control your lock.Fingerprint setup was a bit slow. Something I learned - sometimes the scanner is looking for you to slide your finger across so it can read your print, so you might have to play with it a bit.App to add users/codes etc could use a little more development - getting familiar with how the app functions has taken a minute and the tips aren't super helpful, but if you poke around enough, you can eventually figure it out.

This is my second Sifely. I recently installed the Door Lock on my front door and have been very impressed with its functionality and value for the price. I recently purchased this smart lock for my property, and I am very happy with its performance and features. This lock truly offers everything you could ask for in a smart lock. The fingerprint reader is incredibly responsive and convenient. The ability to generate temporary PINs through the app is also very easy. This feature alone makes it worth the investment, as it simplifies the check-in process. It also has physical keys for easy access in case the battery runs out, and this smart lock delivers on that front as well. Additionally, the card reader is a fantastic bonus that adds another layer of versatility and convenience.
