All in all, a good product, bought it for 1998 Honda FourTrax 300. The only problem is the front two holes for the roller fairleads are a bit wider than a 2500 ATV winch which is the biggest you can fit anyway under the hood. I even have a new champion winch 2000 that I tried to use its fairleads still were too narrow for the holes on the mount, I had to drill two holes next to the existing holes to make it fit, not very easy since you don't have a lot of room as far as available metal and if anybody tried to drill a hole next to an existing hole before knows what a pain in the ass trying not to slip into the original hole. still made it work and still like it better than the crappy welding job the previous owner did to the winch. hope that helps.

Easy to install, my winch fit right on it. I have the old discontinued superwinch 2500 atv winch and the winch sits so high that the plastic is now rubbing on the top of the winch. Also, the fairlead mount flexes pretty easy so I don’t know how sturdy it truly is. I like how it’s tucked nicely under the plastic but it definitely makes it a pain to put your winch in free spin. I also don’t think it will work with a plow without moving the fairlead to the front of the rack. Otherwise the cable will rub on the rack. But, for normal winch uses, this is a great mount

This fit perfect on my 2000 Honda trx300 used 3000lbs winch didn't even have to take plastic off back of headlights that most people say they need to do. Easy to install.

Extremely happy with this purchase. I almost gambled with the cheaper version but glad I didn’t.This ‘kit’ came with clear instructions and included all the necessary hardware and no missing pieces. Install was easy and straightforward, just remember to leave everything a little loose until you get all the fasteners started and then go through and tighten everything up.The plate is a thick and well designed piece that fit great. There is a cutout in the back that still allows removal of the CDI if you ever needed to take it out for any reason. Comes with provisions to mount a fairlead with a standard bolt pattern (mine shown w/ the cheap Champion one off Amazon) that places it almost perfectly beneath the front plastic bodywork.All-in-all a great piece that fit well and I expect will do a great job for years to come.

Good product, good fit, easy install, fit a warn vantage 3000 on my 99 300. Instructions are good, only thing they left out is the black covers on the back of the headlights have to be removed for winch clearance.

My honda 300 4x4 would have been difficult to mount a winch on without this KFI mount. It is a perfect fit. Integrates with the front bummper of the 300 and put the winch high to keep it out of the mud and much. Mount is heavy duty, well made, and the instructions are very clear. I did order the KFI roller fairlead to match this mount. You need to go to the KFI site to see which winch fairlead fits. The one I bought didn't but the site had my brand and it let me know it would not fit. The KFI one was heavier and worth it. I could have put a plate on it and redrilled but for 20 bucks, it was worth the money.
