Great guitar! Only wish more colors were available. Maybe this review will change that? It’s a great guitar : lightweight for those out there that prefer lighter than 8lbs. Mine was 7.22lbs. Absolutely “ Great”. Sale price was $99. Can’t beat that ! Great mod platform as well! Will buy again, but KGD.. more color options please ! :)Bob w.

Nice looking guitar but!Cheap, nasty feeling fret board, rough unpolished, scratchy frets, sharp fret ends. Disappointingly cheap.

I usually go on and on with my reviews, but since I'mmostly playing Gibson types' of guitars lately I'mnot putting in time on this Strat, it plays well andlooks great, and as said, the Value is definitely there.

I bought one on sale out of curiosity. The body is super lite. Routed for 3 single coils. There was a crack in the paint by the neck pocked that's about 1/2 inch long. Otherwise the finish is fine. The pots are the small cheap ones. The switch is the PCB kind but feels solid. I actually like the plastics on the knobs and switch. They are kind of course feeling but in a pleasant grippy way.The bridge is cheap but works fine. I don't see any need to replace it.The pickups are inexpensive ceramic single coils and they sound like it. That's not necessarily a bad thing though. They are mid focused and punchy. I like them. The neck has an unfinished feel which I like. The were a few cosmetic issues that don't affect playability. The tuners are cheap feeling but work fine. The fret board is supposed to be rosewood but I don't know. It doesn't look or feel like it and it's really dark. Doesn't feel like real wood to me. The frets were level and crowned well.My biggest problem with the guitar was the neck. The fretboard felt like unfinished laminate. And the frets were the roughest I've ever felt. Bending a string felt like sand paper. Very uncomfortable. I took the neck off, did a level and crown since I was working on it. I sanded the fretboard and noe it feels fine. I also polished the frets. This made the neck play a lot better. Feels fine now.I don't mind doing the work to get it playing great. However, if you're looking for a guitar that plays great out of the box, id look elsewhere. I probably should have returned it because of the neck. It was that bad. It plays great now after quite a bit of work, but there are other guitars that play better out of the box for the same money. And don't buy it thinking your getting close to CV Squire quality for your money. You aren't. It's a budget guitar and feels like it.

Nice craftsmanship and neck profile is familiar. Pickups sound very good. Tuners and bridge are fine.

I like the looks of this guitar and it's great value for the money. Could have a little more space between the tuning machines.
