This pedestal will not fit the 3" pole I purchased from Kichler. I wish I would have spent more time reading the comments before. So frustrating.

Very small. It looks much bigger in the picture. The standard 3 inch bronze post would not even fit. I was not able to use it.

Though it would work with 84in pole but does not, but is very nice base.

Just what I needed. I do not understand why Home Depot or lowes does not carry this in the store or why they don't tell you on the pole lighting box that it is not in the box. Thank goodness I found this one online. Matched perfect
