Okay, it's a fun litle toy with minimal practical use. It is considerable cheaper to purchase and operate from those 'real' instant cameras. The camera takes pictures and prints them with a small thermal printer on roll paper. The prints are not high quality, but you can tell what they are. Thermal printers are what prints your receipts at the store or gas pump. You do still get your receipts right? The printed pictures are about 2x3 inches. The camera came with 3 rolls of 'photo' paper, good for a grewat number of pictures to print out of it.
