It was not fluffy at first but after I washed it (in the washer machine and dryer), it def fluffed up nicely. It's fairly small compared to the pictures though and not slightly smaller like they say in the description, it's a significant difference in size.

Don’t buy not comfortable. It slips down quite easily and didn’t support the head when sleeping on the car.
