We had this out for our 1 year old nephew, he zoomed right over to it, just as he would towards our phones if we left them out. It has lots of different modes and games that are engaging even for an infant. His favorite is a slide show of different musical instruments, when you press on the picture, it plays a 10 second sound clip of that instrument. The volume is easy to control, the toy phone itself is rugged, it has been played with (and contested over, as 6 month - 2 year olds are likely to do), without any damage.

My 4yo asked for a phone for Christmas so we got him this. He absolutely loves it. It has fun little games and a drawing app similar to paint. He spends a lot of time making pictures on the drawing app. He loves taking pictures and videos and it's his most played with Christmas gift.

It has been three weeks since I have seen my son, who is four years old, interacting with this smart toy phone, and I must say that I am honestly astonished by the amount of educational content that is packed into this little gadget. I am a mother who is rather rigorous about the amount of time my child spends in front of a screen, and I believe that I have finally discovered a solution that is both entertaining and educational for my child, who is crazy with dinosaurs. Initially, I purchased this for our six-hour road trip to see our grandparents, and throughout that drive, it proved to be an invaluable resource. My kid has already dropped it numerous times (as toddlers do), and it is still functioning fine. The durability was the first thing that attracted my eye, and it continues to be the case. In my opinion, the overall design of the protective cover demonstrates that the producers have a good understanding of their intended audience. The function that allows the camera to rotate has quickly become my son's favorite. When he was younger, I was concerned that he would constantly want to play with the camera on my actual phone. However, these days, he is so satisfied with snapping dinosaur selfies with his own gadget. However, I believe that it takes a somewhat harder touch than a genuine phone, which actually works better for young hands who are still developing fine motor skills. The touchscreen is surprisingly sensitive.

We got this for our 4yo granddaughter. It is pretty pink and attractive to a young girl. This is a safe “smart phone” for young children. Our grandkids love to take our phones and tablets, this is a safer option.We feel that it's safe for younger children since it can't access the internet, this "phone" has some installed games, stories, songs, and some other things. The sound and screen resolution aren't super great - but remember this is a toy - expensive yes, but a toy.We also feel that young children shouldn't have such free and frequent access to cell phones and tablets, it has been proven that too much screen time hinders development. However, it is the 2020's and the times, they are a changin' ...

While most of the apps on this work just fine, the touchscreen is not great at picking up touches every time and accurately, which makes some games (especially the snake game) unplayable. Since games are one of the main uses for this toy, that is unfortunate. I'll have to see if it's possible to put other games on it in any way, to add to the number of puzzle games that do not rely on timing and accuracy of the touchscreen so much.The camera works fine, and I like that you can flip it around. The silicone case is cute and comfortable to hold, and will protect the electronics well. I just wish it had better games with good playability.
