Step 1
Put the mouthguard in 70-80℃ hot boiling water about 30-45 seconds
Step 2
Take it from the hot water and put it in cold water or Rinse quickly in cold water 2-3 seconds
Step 3
Put it in your mouth, close your mouth then bite hard the braces with your teeth, and wait for the braces to form about 30 seconds
Step 4
Remove the guard from your mouth and place under cold water for 30 seconds for well-molded

- The Adult sport mouthguard packed without tether.
- If the size is bigger than your child's teeth, the pre-produced silicone material at both side can be cut to match the teeth size.
- If the size is not fit your teeth after molded please repeat using steps until fit your teeth.
- The temperature of the hot water do not exceed 85°C, Do not soak it for more than 1 hour.

This offering includes two mouth guards, two cases and one carabiner. The cases are very secure. In fact, I couldn't get the first one opened. I attempted numerous techniques until I finally resorted to the tried and true--letting my husband open it. There's no way an 8 years old could open this case. I'm hoping that with repeated use, it will become a little easier to open. Until that time, I can rest assured that there's no way for the mouthguard to fall out of the case. The mouthguards themselves are two layered, moldable guards. Using fairly standard boiling water practices, these form as one would expect. There are detailed directions provided in each case, so the user should not have any difficulty in turning these into serviceable devices. There's a strap which can easily be attached to a facemask. Overall, these should perform quite well for those youth who require mouth protection. 5 stars.

These are generic mouth guards that seem to be of decent quality.The box includes two mouth guards, two cases and one carabiner. At first I thought I was missing one, but the Amazon images also only show one carabiner. I am not sure why you would only want one, but for seven bucks I am not complaining.The mouth guards are the typical boil-and-form design that everybody has used for years. No odd taste to them.This is a totally average product with an average review at a great price.

These mouth guards are good to have for any kids who play sports. Kids lose them all the time so these are great to have on hand. I like the strap so you can attach them to the helmet and kids won’t lose them. Highly recommended!
