I like to decorate my dining room and garden window according to the holiday. These came in a good package in a very timely manner. I used them a bit differently. They make my window pop and are whimsical. I recommend these.

So these hats are really nice and well made; they look and feel high quality; however, They are stuck so tightly together I can’t separate them. I don’t want to wear three hats at one time, so if I can’t get them apart they’ll be useless. They should probably put a piece of parchment paper or something between the hats for shipping. I also noticed the bottom hat is crimped/wrinkled now on one side, probably from being jammed together so tightly.

The hat is very cute, and I use the word “hat,“ instead of “hats,“ because I only ended up with one out of the set of three. They were jammed together, almost fused together, so tightly that I could not get them apart. My son had to pry them apart for me, ruining two of them in the process. As such, I cannot recommend them. On the plus side, the one that was intact did make for a very nice centerpiece for my St. Patrick’s Day table.

Two of the hats looked good, decent quality, no nasty chemical smells that one finds all too often with products from... you know, anyway, one hat looks used. The band (ribbon) is in bad shape - misshapen and wrinkled, and I spied a feather of sorts (the kind you'd see on a feather boa) on the brim of the hat, which made me think perhaps someone used it for a party and returned it. The condition of the one hat really bothers me. The other two hats are fine, hence 2 stars. If it wasn't for the damaged hat, I'd give 4 or 5 stars as the other two look quite nice.
