My husband and I got ourselves a standing rib roast for Christmas and these were perfect for lifting the roast from the pan and carving. I am very pleased.

I still delight in carving a roast at the dining table. Which means that my super sharp carving knife and matching fork always end up away from the kitchen.… That’s why I bought these little beauties. They can handily stay by the oven. Ideal for turning a bird, or even a sizeable joint, I have already used them to help invert an 8-10 person Turkey over Easter and also shred a slow cooked Pork shoulder. Pleasing design, useful and they are dishwasher safe!

I like that they seem to be in one piece. Very easy to clean, and look to be a good size. I think they will help carving meats.

Several years ago my old, carving set, meat fork handle crumbled away. Since Then I have been searching for a sturdy replacement. I bought one that the handle just slipped off of after a few uses and another that bent when I used it to remove a small turkey from the roasting pan. I thought I would have to buy a full carving set, just to get a solid, heavy duty fork. I was happy, but sceptical to find this set of forks on Amazon. These forks have exceeded my expectations. They are solid, one piece, stainless steel and have very attractive brushed stainless handles. I would pay the price for just one fork of this high quality. Getting two is a great bargain.

This is my pasta serving fork. Works well and twists many strands of linguini onto the plate for a elegant presentation. works well. I don't eat meat...sorry all.
