They are longer than needed until you wash them. Then they do shrink some.It is not a smooth cotton, as anticipated, but a quilted design. There is a bit of polyester in it.As a big girl who is losing weight, my skin droops as a pannis and that area gets really sweaty, especially during the summers here (unreasonably hot andunbearably humid… especially with a storm coming).I recommend these if you have the same abdominal skin droop.Great for men AND women.

I found it a little difficult to keep in place. If you can manage that, it does exactly what it is made to do.

Great conceptHate the way it was executedAfter washing, it needs to be ironed.YOU SHOULD HAVE PREWASHED THE FABRIC PRIOR TO CUTTING & SEWING THIS THINGThis was purchased to use on my bedridden mother who is in Hospice Care at home.Instead of fixing your mistake by ironing this thing I want to spend time taking care of my mom not ironing.We are holding on to this item at home just in case but looking for other items or just might make it myself and improve your design.

I bought the KimYoung Under Belly Sweat Liner -100% Cotton Gauze sweat liners because after having 7 kids, there is a belly flap that needs extra drying. I have bought the KimYoung liners before, and they were flannel. I missed the "gauze" part in the description for these. They were okay on the first use, but after they were washed, they almost disintegrated. I did not put them through the dryer, since they came out of the washer (on a gentle cycle) looking funky. I am disappointed, since the flannel ones I have bought before, came out just fine. I will look to see if KimYoung still makes the flannel ones.
