It seems like such a bougie thing to have a remote page turner for an e-reader, but hear me out — my hands are warm now! This little device works well and allows me to prop up my e-reader and keep my hands warm under the covers as I turn the pages. The page-turning device clips onto the e-reader, and you do have to be careful where you put it. Place it too high, and clicking brings up the menu (on my Kindle Paperwhite). I went into my Kindle settings and enlarged the margins so the clip-on page turner wouldn't cover words as I read. One small design note: The device does flash a little light each time you turn a page. If you have a partner who's a very light sleeper, it could potentially be bothersome.

I have a toddler and when she’s napping any big movements or sounds will wake her up, so this is perfect for nap time where I can set my Scribe up and click away. It’s really light weight, which is a positive and negative. The plastic on the remote seems solid, but it’s so lightweight it feels a bit cheap, but for this price point I don’t feel that’s an issue. It functions exactly as described, though being new to the page turner systems I didn’t know it only goes forward (or back if it’s out on the left side) and I feel that should be noted somewhere on the “about this product” info before you buy it.And that’s the only reason I took off a star, it’s easy to use, perfect size, comes with a little bag, and a lanyard, so this is a useful device for the money.Amazon really should build in a remote function into their next units, because while I didn’t think this would be something I’d really use often, I’m finding that it’s actually neat, useful and looking at other units that do forward and back, this is all I’ll need until the engineers throw this into a new Kindle model.Just look at how many of these are available. The forward and back models require two clips to the left and right, which seems a bit much, and unless you’re like me and read a whole page and then in three minutes goes “wait, did I read a whole page but not process it!?” This will pretty much be all you need.It does indeed allow you to use it on chunky cases as well. All in all it seems like a luxury until you start using it, then it feels like a feature you’re missing when you don’t have it on there!

I got this for my kindle fire 8, it does work. It sometimes takes a while to get both working though but once going they work pretty well. Sometimes it takes a few clicks but not usually after the initial start. They last a good while and I love that they are usb c rechargeable. I only use these sometimes if I am going to be laying down or in a position that I don’t want to hold my kindle.

I got this to use for my kindle when I travel because sometimes it can be annoying to hold the kindle and flip at the same time. The device is a little bit bigger than I thought. It came nicely packaged. The controller and the flipper have USB-C input and require charging first before using it. It was fairly easy to setup. It felt that sometimes the controller doesn't work properly in the beginning. Once you setup properly, it does what it says. I just need to make sure that the flipper is not touching a single word because apparently it's sensitive and can start the dictionary. So far, so good.

The remote is already paired with the page turning unit. The unit works by just sending a “finger pulse” to the screen wherever it’s attached. I tried it first on my iPad Kindle app. Worked with no problems. They say it will last up to nearly two months at 3 hours a day reading. Since I only do about an hour a day, I may get as much as 6 months on a charge.Their use case is for reading in the cold where you can keep your hands in your pockets. Another would be for a disabled person who could push the button on the remote, but couldn’t reach up to touch the screen. I suppose theoretically, if you had two of them, you could put one on each side of the screen, then would be able to navigate forward or backward in a book by pressing the respective remote.

I love to read when I go to bed on my kindle paperwhite. This has always had 2 issues though. 1. If it is a cold evening, having to pull an arm out from under the covers everytime you need to turn the page is just annoying. 2. My cat loves to curl up with me and quite often thinks that laying on my arm is a good option, or gets mad at me if I keep moving my arm from snuggling her. This has been a game changer. I clip it on the book. Push the button on the side to turn it on, put the wrist strap for the remote part around my wrist and the remote in my hand and start reading. Click the button and the page turns immediately. I wish it was a little smaller, but I have looked at many of these are they are all about the same size. I just had to adjust my margins in a little bit. Sometimes it covers a word or two, but there has not been a time yet where it was not obvious what the wors should be and my mind just fills in the blanks. We are doing some winter camping this year and I love to bundle up, put my dog in my lap, and sit outside by the fire and read. Now I won't have to take my gloves off everytime I need to turn the page!!! The worst part was waiting on the first charge to complete so I could try it out. So far I have charged it once, and have been using it for 5 days now off an on during the day and still seems to be going strongs. I guess if there was one negative about this page turner and you can't tell how much charge you have on it, so guessing I will just plug it in once a week to play it safe.
