I've tried it all for my sciatica folks. This by far has allowed me to do more than I have in years. More than an inversion table, acupuncture, massage, Kaiser physical therapy and pain management program, medication and all topicals on the market have done. Watch a YouTube video on how to place for sciatica. I've found soaking it with water whether in the tub, after the shower or a soaked washcloth then slowly peeling off and clean up with acetone works best, though does burn some. If not, this is what I would imagine waxing feels like. But hey, kinesio tape really works!!

I was an athlete for 8 years and never used this. It’s a shame because It would of helped me deal with all my pain back then. Today was the first time running without throbbing pain on my calves and shins and bottom of both my feet. I followed the directions. No cream on my legs and waited 45 mins after application. Then I went for the run.

My wife wears this tape and by far this is the best you can get. My wife tells me it works so well with her pain and it holds up to water, my wife works 3 12 hour shifts in a row (3showers) and she is able to use the same tape for the three days. My wife has tried other tapes but have irritated her skin. This stuff irritates a little bit but what isn't gonna bother your skin after a few days. Husband approved lol. Look no future put this in your cart with confidence.

The tape works well. I was an athlete many years ago. Consequently, I have knee issues from overuse and wear-and-tear. When I use the kinesio text gold to support my knees, I have less pain during workouts and when performing normal day-to-day activities. They tape moves with you, and doesn't limit your movement and it's not bulky, like other products? It will usually stay on about 3 to 5 days, depending on if I "disturb" it or not. If I am wearing workout pants, and not careful when pulling them on and off, the tape will curl. But if I wear workout shorts or skorts it will stay on longer. It even stays on when wet. I do like it better than the regular kinesio tape, which lasts usually 1-2 days.

We researched Kinisio taping as a treatment for plantar fasciitis and various sports injuries. Because we were skeptical that this was just another treatment fad, we started out with Mueller tape because it was comparatively inexpensive and could be purchased locally. Once we realized how much taping helped, we were on a mission to find a better quality tape at a reasonable price. The fabric in the Kinesio Tex Gold is more refined than the Mueller and the pattern of the adhesive seems to allow for a better stretch. We may investigate waterproof brands this summer, but for now, this is more than adequate for daily plantar fasciitis support (pain reduced by about 50%) and ankle/foot support for Taekwondo. It typically stays on for about 4-5 days.

I was introduced to Kinesio tape by my physical therapist. I was being treated for damage to the tendon running from the the arch in my foot. The tape was used to stabilize my arch and ankle and it was suggested I use it for a while as I ease back into tennis. I've been using it for the past couple of weeks and it just works. My ankle feels stable and the tape stays on for several days before it needs to be replaced. A great product with a great purpose.

Being a very logical minded person I hesitated to even try this product. After all, it's just pieces of tape stretched in funny ways that you won't know exactly how to do anyways, right? Wrong!I've been having rotator cuff pain that needs looked at, but am waiting for the season to be over to fix it properly. I figured with as much consistent pain as I've been having, I'd give this tape a shot. After some basic taping method advice on you-tube and a helping hand by the wife, my shoulder was taped and ready for a weekend of softball. I tell you either by voodoo magic, placebo grunting, or product effectiveness, I felt no pain through two back to back tough fought slow pitch softball games. Sweating like crazy the tape held strong, and stayed strong through the shower after the game, all night, and the shower the next morning. When I took it off after the second shower, I felt my shoulder pain starting to return and get back to the normal dull pain. It's completely anecdotal, but I don't care, I'm putting it back on.Will it work for you? I don't know, but I'd give it a shot for the price asked here for the amount. There is plenty that arrived to mess up a few times and still have tons left over. I highly recommend seeing if it works for you, because as of this moment I am a believer. Now, let's just hope it doesn't turn me into a frog or something with extended use.
