Fits the bill: warm and comforting just as described. The King size is better for our Queen bed as it reaches each side. It's advisable to have a duvet cover as you can't wash the blanket in a home machine. Looks good and seems to be well made. Try to keep the cat off as she can sense the filling and likes to poke at it.

I got this yesterday and last night was the best sleep I can remember having. It is suggested to purchase a cotton duvet cover that can be removed and washed, I am just wondering what size to buy.

If you order, order one size up, and things fit perfectly. For example, we have a Queen bed but ordered a King. I had one that was a 20-lb blanket and returned it, thinking it was too heavy. At first, I thought I needed a 10-lb blanket, but this one exceeded my comfort expectations. It doesn't feel too heavy at 15 lbs. It actually helps me sleep much deeper at night.

We enjoyed the my weight aspect of this blanket and found it comforting. But it was not cooling at all for us and, since we live in Houston, with dinnyer approaching, heat producing bedding is something we are trying to avoid. This blanket seemed to trap and create heat rather cool in our experience, so we ultimately returned it. It would be fantastic for the winter months, however

This is not a king sized blanket, it reaches just side to side. I feel like this is queen sized. Value for the money was great compared to other blankets of similar measurements. I have found it helpful for a great nights sleep, my husband however disagrees. He runs hot and I very cold so I'm sure that's where the problem lies.

It is worth every penny!I am so happy that I came across this on Amazon.I suffer from severe anxiety and insomnia.I have to take all kinds of medication to get myself to sleep, The side effects of the meds has really taken a toll on me..A friend of mine recommended a weighted blanket.I’m so happy I found this one! It was the most affordable one I could find, and It is absolutely amazing, for the past 2 weeks, I haven’t slept better in years!The blanket itself, Has a very high quality look and feel to it, Impressive stitching, I have washed and dried it a few times on delicate.. And it’s holding up really well..It does what it claims!
