Maybe it’s me because I’ve never purchased such a tiny brush. I normally use my small, but longer “hairs” Chinese rat whisker brushes for small details; but they can be hard to control sometimes. This came without a plastic protector, so I’m unsure if it was used or damage-unless you call the 1 longer hair a “point”? I can’t see how or where it would be useful because it doesn’t hold more than a tiny dot of watercolor paint. I can take a photo later. My friend, a retired art professor is coming over to see if this or the other severely damaged one can be salvaged at all for other mediums.

These are fairly good small brushes , there are few choices for 18/0 20/0. They are not long lasting but few are.
