the base wood slats were cheap and flimsy, mattress collapsed first night. I had to replace with a better quality of 1" x 4" wood slats. also the support legs had to be replaced (they collapsed also) with 2" x 2" cut to fit.

Brocken parts, drawers are jamed and no way to contact seller so far. The phone number amazon is offering is from a different store.

broken product, was only provide a refund via Amazon since the third party seller would not accept liability of their own actions. Not sturdy, weak materials used, not made to last.

If I could give this negative stars I would. The absolute worst product. Poorly put together, feels cheap, broken drawers, and broken pieces. Contacted the company, they sent a replacement, SAME THING. Never ever buy this set. The shipping company was also terrible. Give you a days notice they are coming. Not able to schedule anything.
