Didn't have enough of the orange yarn in the package but I had leftovers from other rugs and made the orange kitty into a calico! Great project for the price! I make these rugs and use on my foot stool, wall decor or by my bed. I recommend watching YouTube videos on how to glue the yarns in the back to keep them for pulling loose with use or washing.

The canvas was preprinted and easy to follow. The colors were bright and had more than enough yarn to finish the project. It was just the right size and looked great. Would definitely buy more projects from the company.

+: the backing material is solid and respectable looking.-1. Colors of yarn do not correspond to the guide. Lack some colors - blue, orange. . .2. Hook is a tad big for the size of the base surface.3. End of hook is too sharp and thus easily catches on the yarn.

Great latch hook set. It comes with the hook and easy to follow directions. Edit: Where can you get extra yarn? I found some on Amazon. This kit doesn't come with extra yarn and my canvas print is lighter than other pictures making it hard to follow the correct colors. I'm disappointed.

My 8-year-old granddaughter loved learning to latch hook on Christmas this year, this kit was a good way for her to learn because there are only four colors and it was easy for her to catch on. Very fun project!
