Similar to the thermal devices I used while in the army, highly recommend this monocular device. Plan on using mine for hunting to scan wood lines.

Good to see something out there but if it’s farther than 50 yards and smaller than a cow good luck telling what it is because clarity is not good farther away pretty easy to use

This is for the 256x192. I am actually impressed with the thermal quality. It picks up everything very well and accurately shows the hottest and coolest part of the images. Can even see were the nails in the drywall ceiling are. The phone app worked great and has no delay in image, it's instant.But... the laser function doesn't work on mine. Won't turn on with the buttons on top. Also, haven't gotten the distance measurement working either. But still gave 4 stars because it is a nice thermal overall. But have to return cause all the functions are not working how they should.

I compared this product with two others in the same price range. The. kINSEI clearly outperformed the other two in poor weather conditions. If you’re not familiar with thermal optics, rain fog humidity really puts these things on their knees I have many animals running around in my backyard, so I had lots of opportunities for testing. There were many times when the KINSEI was able to see a squirrel in a tree where the other two were not. In the second photo you can see some deer that came through my backyard. The weather conditions were far from ideal. The two white blobs are bunnies.What’s the most impressive with this picture is that you can make out the roofline of the shed.In the top left of the picture this is important so I have a reference for where I’m looking at with the other two that would not have been visible.What’s the most impressive is. I had three occasions to contact the company with questions and concerns, and they immediately responded in a very clear manner. I really appreciate that and the real reason that I’m writing this review
