It is only a 2-pin motor, it will not go up automatically, but that is ok for the price.

Replaced right rear window motor on a 2003 RAV4. Works great. Took about one hour to replace. The best thing I would recommend is to buy a can of silicone (such as Blaster Silicone Lubricant) and spray the window tracks on all doors. This will not only speed up operation of windows but will also reduce strain on motor. Tracks can be lubed with the straw. You do not need to disassemble door. Good luck! Dave, ASE CMAT.

Had mine installed by my neighborhood auto electric tech. I've had issues with breaking clips and not having the right pry tools so I wanted a pro to do it. The motor works as intended so far. Great value thanks seller. My only drawback is that it doesn't have the auto up on the switch one press.....but as my 125k highlander age is as long as it goes up and down I'd rather not have that auto feature.
