These J hooks and spotters are a great addition to my power rack. The hooks are reliable and can hold a lot of weight, and they keep the bar steady and are easy to rack on. They stay in place and don’t slide on you, yet they are easy to take on and off. The safety arms are a nice touch, catching the bar if needed and offering extra confidence during lifts. Both pieces are well-made, with rubber padding to protect equipment and reduce noise. Adjusting them on the rack is simple and makes changing setups quick and easy. Overall, they make my weight training safer and more efficient.

Came with extra adhesive rubber pads. Fits my Titan t2 rack perfectly. Solid spotter arms. J cups came with it. They are ok but I like my other pair better. All in all excellent purchase. Way less than other options and works great

These seem very well made for the price. I have a 2x2 rack and both attachments fit with just a small amount of wiggle. They do have rubber 3m strips to tighten the fit. The only complaint is the protection from the barbell is rubber and not plastic. Well see how the rubber holds up.
