Terrible condition upon delivery. Arrived out of a packing box, just in its own plastic wrap. Damaged, crushed, and partially opened. Not worth the gas needed to drive and return. Tossed them in recycle.This is obviously from someone desperately reselling.

These tissues are not packed as the picture shows. It show the tissue boxes wrapped in tightly packaged plastic, with the Kirkland logo. The boxes of tissue were loose in a box, that was too big, with no paper packed around them. The box was smashed and every tissue box was broken open.The tissue is probably just fine, but I’m not displaying torn up boxes of tissue in any room of my house. They were returned today.

I love these tissues. They're neither too soft or too rough. Perfect for me. I don't like how they came. The boxes were all smashed up. Maybe half of them. Terrible terrible management of the facilities that send this

Love these tissues, very soft. This is the first time they’ve been delivered damaged. Tissue Boxes are smashed and opened. Very disappointed and annoyed that I’ll now be standing in a long holiday mail line to return

I love the tissues, they are very strong and soft. However, the packaging was awful…..the photo in Amazon showed this 12-pack of tissues wrapped in plastic…..what arrived was a box packed with 12 individual boxes of tissues. Almost every box was damaged. If we weren’t completely out of tissues and desperately in need of these, they’d have been returned. Luckily we can tape the boxes back together and that we use decorative tissue dispensers to hide the crushed boxes.
