The product looks and feels like an expensive faucet and I would like to give it 5 stars. The hot water supply line was stripped out and we couldn't install it. I have emailed customer support and if they respond with a replacement it Will be a 5 star review. I got my new faucet replacement in 24 hours and UPS picked up the bad one from my home. The new one went in perfectly and I couldn't be happier with it. Super value for the money. Excellent customer service.

a pleasant surprise. we are very pleased with this faucet. it has a steady tream, it has a spray and the surprise was, a power stream that will give you a bath if needed and it s availagle for the stream and the spray. again, as we have looked at faucets for a new kitchen, this surpassed anything that we had seen locally and price wise, it was exceptionally pleasing.

A month installed and cold water line of faucet burst. Left me with a flood to deal with. It's cheap, unfortunately. I really liked the look and feel of the pull out etc but not worth the headache! Pay extra for peace of mind!

purchased black matte single handle sprayer kitchen faucet. Installed by certified plumber but seems to divert cold water as temperature goes back and forth and never gets totally hot or cold as old faucet did. Plumber believes cartridge is bad tried to reach hurran several times with no response from them. no model number on faucet or customer service number to call was in packaging sent from amazon. Now out 150 to plumber and poor functioning faucet. lines not crossed pressure / valves good just faulty faucet with no one to contact or be accountable

This was an easy DIY faucet replacement project. I love the mechanics of how the faucet works but wish there were more water delivery options. The faucet looks great, was a good value and I have not had any suspicious leakages.

Love the high pressure position as well as the sleak look. Hose could be a little longer. Still reaches the coffee pot though.

I’ve been shopping for different types/brand to replace my kitchen faucet, but they were either very expensive, or didn’t have the features I was looking I for. This one had everything I wanted and the price was perfect, and not to mention the installation was a breeze.
